                                                     The demonstrator has the responsibility to foster educational opportunities in clinical setting that will facilitate the preparation of beginning nurse students. Also, the demonstrator acts as a resource providing practical help and support, and finally acknowledges the importance of role modeling. This study was aimed at investigating demonstrators' role in clinical setting as perceived by themselves, students, and faculty, and Comparing among students, demonstrators, and faculty perceptions. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Nursing, Ain Shams University; two groups of subjects were included in this study, all faculty members and demonstrators available at the time of the study. Their total number was 77 subjects, and a random stratified sample of 200 nursing students. The data were collected using two self-administered questionnaire sheets; the findings of the study indicated that the opinions of demonstrators, faculty members, and students towards demonstrator’s roles in clinical setting are in very close agreement.  These opinions are not affected by experience years of faculty and demonstrators, or by the age and school grade of students. Based on these findings these recommendations are suggested that orientation programs for new demonstrators about their roles, and orientation programs for students to clarify to them demonstrators' role, as well as students' expectations and demonstrators' expectations of this role.
